Elica Health Centers now offers Telehealth Video Visits, making it easier and more convenient to connect with your healthcare provider. With a video visit, you can meet with your provider from home or another convenient location using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Is a Video Visit Right for Me?
Not every appointment can be completed by video. Some symptoms and health concerns require an in-person visit so your healthcare provider can examine you or provide services that cannot be done remotely. When you call to schedule an appointment, our Call Center team will help determine whether a Telehealth Video Visit is appropriate for your current health concern or whether an in-person visit is needed.
Schedule Your Appointment
To schedule an appointment, call Elica Health Centers at (916) 454-2345. Select your preferred language – English, Spanish, or Russian – and one of our Call Center representatives will help you schedule your appointment and determine which visit option is right for your needs.
How to Join Your Telehealth Video Visit
If you are scheduled for a Telehealth Video Visit:
1. Look for a text message. About 10 minutes before your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to your Elica video visit. Tap the link to get started.
2. Choose how you would like to join. You can join using the Zoom Workplace app or through your browser without installing the app.
3. Allow access to your camera and microphone. When prompted, allow Zoom to use your camera and microphone so your care team can see and hear you.
4. Check your name and select “Join”
5. Wait for your care team. If you see “Waiting for the host to start the meeting,” stay on the screen. Your care team will join shortly.
