Eligibility Assistance

Certified Elica staff will assist eligible patients to apply for Medi-Cal.

Translation Services

Translation services are available in a wide variety of languages, including Spanish, Russian, Dari (Afghan Farsi), Pashto, Ukrainian, Arabic, and more.

Case Management

The Case Management team plans and implements individual care plans for those patients who need additional layers of support, such as those recently discharged from a hospital or who are homeless. Care Coordinators help patients get the care and resources they need, both internally and from organizations outside of Elica.

Lab and Imaging

While some lab tests are done at our facilities, others are referred to outside providers, including x-ray, mammography, STD testing, and ultrasound imaging services.

After Hours Care

Elica patients can seek and receive interactive clinical advice by phone from our qualified “on-call providers” when the health centers are closed.

Transportation Services

Many of Elica's patients do not have the means to transport themselves to a care center. Working alongside RT Transit, we can schedule transportation for clients to and from their appointments, going the extra mile to ensure that they get the care they need.
