Howe Avenue School 2404 Howe Avenue, SacramentoPart of Elica's Wellness Outside Walls (WOW) initiative is the Health on Wheels (HOW) mobile medicine program, featuring state-of-the-art mobile health clinics with full exam rooms that provide services to two primary groups: hard to reach populations with barriers to accessing care and underserved students at select schools within Elica's service area.

The Elica Health Centers Health on Wheels (HOW) mobile clinic provides health care services to SJUSD students and the public in general from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on those days when school is in session. The above is a schedule of days and locations of which H.O.W visits.
Elica accepts: All health insurances plans including Medi-Cal & Medicare.
Uninsured may receive services for a reduced fee or no cost (Sliding Fee Program)
Students MUST be accompanied by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN with I.D.
