Having convenient access to medications can make it easier for patients to manage their health. Elica patients may choose Innova Pharmacy as their preferred pharmacy and have their prescriptions delivered to their homes or prepared for pickup.

Patients can ask their primary care provider to send their prescriptions to Innova Pharmacy during their appointment. After receiving the prescription, the pharmacy team will contact the patient to arrange free home delivery or prepare the medication for pickup at the Midtown or North Highlands pharmacy location. Same-day home delivery is also available at no additional cost.

Innova Pharmacy provides prescription refill assistance, medication reviews, pharmacist consultations, individualized medication packaging, and support for patients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma. Immunizations are also available.

Prescription bottle labels can be provided in the patient’s preferred language. Pharmacy staff can assist patients in English, Spanish, Russian, Dari, Arabic, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Eligible patients enrolled in Elica’s Sliding Fee Discount Program may receive reduced pricing on many prescription medications. Selected over-the-counter medications are also available for a nominal fee.
