Elica Health Centers invites Elica patients and their pets to a special Howl-O-Ween event celebrating compassionate care for pets and the families who love them but may be experiencing difficult life circumstances.
The event is hosted by Elica Health Centers in collaboration with the Elica Resource Center and Street Veterinary Medicine teams.
Veterinary services available at the event include rabies vaccinations, microchipping, and wellness exams. These services are provided free of charge and by appointment only.
Appointments must be scheduled through the Elica Resource Center. To schedule an appointment for your pet, please call: 916-454-2345, ext. 1030
These services are available year-round, but Howl-O-Ween is a special opportunity to celebrate, connect, and raise awareness about the importance of accessible and compassionate veterinary care.

In addition to veterinary services, the event will feature a festive photo area for pets and their owners, treats for animals, and a Resource Table with helpful information and community resources.
