Medical Plan

At Elica Health Centers, we are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees by offering comprehensive health insurance options to meet diverse needs.

Anthem Premier Plan

The Anthem Premier Plan offers our highest level of medical coverage with no out of pocket costs for you and/or your family.

  • $0 deductible
  • $0 out-of-pocket maximum
  • No cost for in-network prescriptions

This plan is designed to provide peace of mind and financial predictability. Members have access to
Anthem’s extensive network of doctors, specialists, and hospitals, ensuring high-quality care
wherever they live or travel. This plan is ideal for employees who want comprehensive coverage and
the lowest possible personal healthcare expenses.

Anthem Standard Plan
The Anthem Standard Plan delivers dependable coverage while balancing cost and flexibility. Employees
have access to Anthem’s broad network of healthcare providers and a full range of essential services,
including medical care, prescription drugs, and preventive services. This plan includes a deductible and
shared cost responsibilities, making it a more affordable option for those with lower or occasional
healthcare needs.

The Anthem Standard Plan is a great choice for employees seeking quality coverage at a lower monthly
premium.

Rightway Care Concierge
Elica offers Rightway Care Concierge at no extra cost to those enrolled in the Anthem Plans. Rightway
give employees access to a team of healthcare experts to provide clear answers, smart guidance, and
care that fits the employees needs and budget.

Dental Plan

We offer dental insurance through Principal Financial Insurance to eligible employees and their dependents. Preventive care is covered at 100%, basic care is covered at 90% and major care is covered at 60% up to a maximum annual benefit of $2,000. Our dental insurance plan covers orthodontia at 50% up to a $2,000 lifetime maximum (for minor dependent children under 19 years old).

Elica employees who have dental coverage with Principal Financial are eligible to receive services from Elica’s dental centers, for which Elica will cover copays and deductible costs. Elica employee dependents are not eligible for this additional benefit.

 

Vision Plan

We offer broad vision insurance coverage through Principal Financial which covers an annual exam, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Vacation

Eligible employees begin accruing vacation on date of hire, and may take earned vacation after completion of 180-days’ service. Most employees accrue three (3) weeks of vacation per year beginning at date of hire, which increases to four (4) weeks per year upon completion of five (5) years’ service. Medical and Dental providers accrue four (4) weeks of vacation beginning on date of hire, which increases to five (5) weeks of vacation after completion of 5 years’ service.

Paid Holidays

Eligible employees receive eight (8) paid holidays per year, including a floating holiday which must be used within the same calendar year

Paid Sick Time

All regular full-time, regular part-time, and temporary employees receive the equivalent of five (5) paid sick leave days per year. Eligible employees may take sick time after completion of 90 days of service.

Tuition Reimbursement

Elica employees who have worked a minimum of twelve months may apply for tuition reimbursement up to a maximum of $3,000 per year; education must be related to the employee’s job and/or Elica’s mission. Applications must have prior approval. Reimbursement is provided when the employee achieves an “A” or “B” grade and submits all required documentation.

403(B) Retirement Saving Plan

This is a tax-deferred retirement savings plan that helps Elica employees build savings for their retirement. We offer both pre-tax and Roth (post-tax) deductions which allows for savings on taxes now and in the future. Employees are eligible after 6 months of employment.

Elica also offers company matching up to 4%. The employer match is 100% vested starting from the first contribution. That means there is no vesting schedule! 

Many investment options are available through the plan.

FSA Health Care Plan

Healthcare FSAs are a great way to deduct pre-tax income to pay out-of-pocket expenses for
out-of-network healthcare, dental and vision expenses.

Dependent Care FSA’s can be used to reimburse expenses related to care of eligible dependents
while you and your partner work, such as transportation and daycare services. This benefit has
no rollover benefit.

Life/AD&D Plan

Elica provides eligible employees one times their annual salary on Term Life and AD&D coverage at no cost. Employees may opt to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.

Employee Assistance Plan

Elica provides an EAP to eligible employees. This is a confidential service including six (6) free counseling sessions, family caregiving services, legal services, financial services, convenience services, and a plethora of online tools and information.
